	Building Controls Industry Associations (BCIA) The Building Controls Industry Associations seeks to be recognised as the organisation serving the corporate needs of the UK building controls industry. It is committed to supporting all of its Members in their efforts to establish and maintain the highest standards in product and system development, application and customer service.
	Federation of Environmental Trade Associations (FETA) The Federation of Environmental Trade Associations (FETA) is the recognised UK body which represents the interests of manufacturers, suppliers, installers and contractors within the heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning industry. It is split into five principle Associations - BCIA - BFCMA, BRA, HEVAC and HPA.
	ISO 9001:2000 Concord Controls is a Registered Firm for ISO 9001:2000 as certified by BM Trada.
